Bridge Pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana)

This pose will help you strengthen your pelvic muscles, which will ultimately help reduce pain during sex and enhance the sexual high feeling. To practice, this pose starts by laying relaxed on your back and bend both the knees placing your feet hip-width apart with your knees in line with your ankles. Then proceed to put your arms flat on the floor with your palms against the ground and spread your fingers. Now let’s lift your pelvic region off the ground, allowing your torso to follow, but keep your shoulders and head on the floor. You should hold the pose for 5 seconds and then release back to the relaxed initial pose. Repeat this asana 10-15 times.

The happy baby pose also known as Ananda Balasana is an easy pose that stretches your glutes and the lower back. It is an easy pose and anyone can practice it easily. Start with lying on your back then while exhaling, bend your knees up toward your stomach and inhale and reach up to grab the outside of your feet, and then widen your knees. Next flex your feet, pushing your heels upward as you pull down with your hands to stretch. Repeat the pose 10-15 times. Bonus tip, this pose can also work as a variation of the missionary position.

The pose not only helps you build your strength but also strengthens your pelvic muscles. The strengthened pelvic muscles help you achieve more intense orgasms. Put your shoulders directly over the wrists, and the hips over the knees. Inhale while arching the back and drawing your belly into your spine, with the crease of your elbows facing each other. Then exhale while dropping the belly and lifting the heart forward and up. Repeat the flow 10-15 times.

Pigeon Pose (Eka Pada Rajakapotasana)

It is the best pose to release tension from your hip area. It allows you to move away from your thoughts and into the present moment. This enhances your ability to create a sense of sexual intimacy with your partner. To perform this pose bring your left shin parallel to the top of the mat, drawing your heel closer to the groin. Then bring your right leg into a straight line behind you and slowly lower down to forearms, rest head in arms, a block, or onto the mat. Hold for 10 breaths before moving to the other side.

Full Wheel (Urdva Dhanurasana)

The full wheel pose strengthens your arms, wrists, abdomen, legs, shoulders, and chest, so expect smooth, toned muscles. This pose is great for stretching the hip flexors, which can help in creating more intense orgasms. Plant the feet’ hips-width distance and bring the palms alongside the ears, fingertips face the shoulders. First, inhale the hips into a bridge pose, then press through the palms to lift the chest toward the sky.

Practice this asana by bending your knees and balancing on the right foot. Now cross your left thigh over your right leg, followed by stretching your arms straight in front of your body and cross the arms in front of your chest that the right arm is on the left and bend your elbows. Hold your position up to one minute and then repeat on the opposite side.
