Sex is not only for the young. Just because you have added a few years doesn’t mean you attain celibacy. You don’t need to give up on sex because your body has changed. Testosterone is the main hormone that makes you want to enjoy that romp in bed. With age this drops. Hence you might find that you don’t want sex as much as you did in your youth.
