Stress contributes greatly in dousing the sexual passion. Breathing exercises are important because they are one of the best ways to combat stress, hence enhancing sexual ability.
Firstly, you sit comfortably in a chair, then you place your right-hand on your chest and the left hand on your belly. Inhale so your right-hand rises, this is chest breathing.
Inhale again so that your left-hand rises, this is abdominal breathing. This method is highly preferred so as to maximize the benefits of breathing.
Stand placing both hands on your belly. Next, you take a deep breath in and expand your belly. This is lower lobe deep breathing.
First, you stand with your arms crossed at the waist in front of your waist line. Take a deep breath in as you raise your arms over your head. Then, relax and breathe out, lowering your arms. Repeat this process 10 times.
Breathing exercises are great for seniors as they reduce stress, improve sleep and improve both mental and physical well-being. Done regularly and in combination of other exercises they could easily fit your daily schedule.
